Coldwell Banker Parker Realty as a Brokerage was founded in 1997. Founding owner Lloyd Parker had been a partner with Torrens, Bradley, Parker since the early 1970s with David Bradley and Pat Torrens.
In the early 90s both the Bradleys and Parkers built up their own brokerages until 2008 when the new Owner Della Parker bought out Coldwell Banker Bradley Realty. The next year saw Coldwell Banker Mol Real Estate acquired by Parker Realty as well. This resulted in Parker Realty being the sole Coldwell Banker franchise on PEI. That combined expertise contributed to the growth and success of the franchise on PEI to where today there are 6 full service offices in all 3 Counties on PEI with over 40 agents. It remains the one of the largest Coldwell Banker brokerages in Atlantic Canada.
Also an integral part of the Brokerage is Adam Parker, son of the Owner/Broker who is IT Manager and who is the liaison between the public and the agents.
