John Murphy

Following careers with both provincial and federal governments, crown corporations, private industry and regulatory consulting (including 3 deployments to Africa with the World Bank) I became a REALTOR® in my home province of PEI. I have owned many types of properties including condos, a duplex, a small apartment building, and various types of houses and have personally undertook renovations and/or additions to most of them.

I graduated from Agricultural College and attained a degree in Agricultural Engineering. I spent some time as the Soil and Water Engineer with the PEI Department of Agriculture. This gives me excellent knowledge of farmland. I have assisted both locals and non-residents of PEI purchase farm and residential properties.

My MBA in finance makes me aware of the various parameters in both personal and commercial investments. I am always at your service.
