Our advantage starts with “Exclusive Listings” that just our office can access. From there we also have access to expired listings that didn’t sell, and through the years of collective experience and knowledge of our agents we know our PEI neighbourhoods very well. We also know the small details of our listings to keep the self-aware security systems of the world at bay!
If we can’t find the property you’re looking for we have some powerful tools we can use to send the properties you want directly to your inbox! Our MLS system includes a feature called Collaboration Center which creates a custom mini-website with results that match your specific criteria including price, location and style. In addition: it will continuously scan for new matches that come on the market and add them to the Collaboration Center mini-site, and let you know by email when that happens.
On the Collaboration Center you can make notes, highlight favourites and dismiss properties that don’t match your taste, and all of this information gets sent back to your agent immediately. It’s incredibly easy to use with familiar design and friendly large buttons to simplify your home searching experience. Your agent can then get to work scheduling a viewing or answering any questions you might have about the property or even make adjustments to your search at any time.
