In the sale of the house/property, there was a Title issue found from over 30yrs ago. This made for the title having to be Quieted in Court to close final sale. This in turn made for multiple addendum's, multiple discussions between all parties involved, lawyers, realtors etc With all of this abnormal and time taxing interactions, both required to keep the potential buyer happy, as well as, keep the property sale moving forward.
