I really loved working with Jeff Gaudet because he knew what I was looking for and he knew that I was having a tough time getting my foot in the door as a first-time buyer with the market being so hot. He always responded to all of my messages promptly, even at 11pm, and he never hesitated to set up an appointment for any property I wanted to see -- if it was 2 hours away and he knew that it wasn't at all what I wanted, he wanted me to be able to decide that for myself. In the 100+ phone calls and showings we had, I never once noticed Jeff reading texts, sending emails, taking calls; I felt like his only client. He never rushed me through showings either, he was always happy to take a seat and have a chat and offer any honest advice he might have.
